How to post suggestions/issues

You just found the perfect must have for one of the servers. That’s great!
Or you really need to speak your mind about something, or a bug is annoying you real bad.
But what do you do now?

Well, first of all:

  1. Make clear for which server your suggestion or bug report is, as it might take a while for us to review it otherwise.
This is easy to do, by just adding a title that contains something like this:
    [Modded/Vanilla][Suggestion/Issue/Bug/Feedback]
  2. Make your post in #minecraft-forums in Discord.
(Super easy to do as well, select #minecraft-forums, and click on “New Post”)
Suggestions or bugs in talk or screenshots are just annoying.
When you understood those points, head down to continue for case specific guidelines:

Suggesting Mods

  1. Add the following to the beginning of your post title: [Modded][Suggestion]
  2. If you give a link, give the curseforge link or the mod makers website (if one exists, don’t give any “9minecraft” links and the like as they are likely bad links and they will likely put something onto your computer that it couldn’t even tell you was there.)
  3. This is a 1.18.2 Forge server.
If a mod is for an older version of Minecraft it’s a guaranteed veto. (Do a little research into the mod before you suggest)
  4. Think about how a mod will affect server stability, typically multiple larger mods can lag out a server.

Overall, just do some research into the mod you intend to suggest, Squizzle will and Lara might. If a mod happens to be many versions older, just save yourself the trouble of posting it, it’s not likely to be added.
We will not be adding anymore terrain gen altering mods

Suggesting Plugins

  1. Add the following to the beginning of your post title: [Vanilla][Suggestion]
  2. Give us a link to the plugin, preferebly from the Spigot, Curseforge, or Craftbukkit or any other reputable website.
There are tons of plugins around, and we won’t know what you’re talking about otherwise.
  3. This is a 1.19 server.
So make sure that whatever you’re suggesting is compatible with Paper/Spigot or Craftbukkit, as we might be unable to run it otherwise.
  4. Think about how the plugin will affect server stability, typically multiple larger, experimental or unsupported plugins can lag out a server.
  5. Do a little research.
Is there an easier way to achieve the same?
If there might be an easier way, but you’re not sure, then tell us what thing you’d like to have, and we’d gladly talk it throught with you and look for possibilities.

You’ve succesfully read the guidelines, you’re now ready to start suggesting things or reporting bugs!
